Each year, the Arizona Association of Junior High Student Councils honors outstanding individuals who go above and beyond in supporting student leadership. These advisors and administrators embody AAJHSC’s five core goals: leadership, school spirit, academic achievement, diversity, and school/community involvement.

They are more than supporters, they are role models. Through their daily actions, they illustrate compassion, integrity, and a deep belief in the potential of young leaders. They model the kind of servant leadership that uplifts students, empowers teams, and strengthens school communities.

Nominated by those who work alongside them and selected by the AAJHSC Executive Board, these recipients represent the heart of student council success across Arizona.
